GENERAL - When you want to specify QUALITY, specify C~SOL-AIR. These air-source heat pump water heaters can be configured either as packaged or split systems. As a packaged unit, the HPA is factory charged and tested. Low operating noise levels, high capacity, ultra high efficiency, and environmentally safe refrigerants are integrated into this design.

REFRIGERANT - "Environmentally friendly" R134a refrigerant. 140F(60C) and higher water temperatures are easily achievable with this new refrigerant technology, pioneered by C~Sol-Air.

COMPRESSOR - Each compressor is protected by its own suction accumulator. Access for service is easy through large lift off panels. Compressor compartment is separate from the evaporator airstream for in-operation service; with two or three circuit staging for partial load energy saving.

EVAPORATOR COIL - Stainless steel casing, copper tubes, and corrosion resistant fin coating makes for a durable, long-life coil.

CONDENSERS - Condensers are of vented double-wall construction, suitable for potable (drinking) water. Counterflow coaxial design procedures high efficiencies and high water temperatures.

FAN (s) - Ultra low noise configuration propeller type fans for various airflows and ESP.

ENCLOSURE - Weatherproof design is excellent for outdoor service.

WATER PUMP - All bronze, high velocity pump is factory mounted and piped, is corrosion resistant, and has high head capability at design flow rates. Flanged inlet and outlet allow easy removal for service.

AUTOMATIC CONTROLS - Factory control package includes single point electric power connections, pressure safety switches, annunciator lights, time delays, and other features.

REFRIGERANT COMPONENTS - Standard fittings include: removable core filter-dryer, moisture-indicating sight glass, adjustable superheat TX valve, vibration absorbers and discharge muffler.
